Return Policy
Products purchased from authorized BiTECOOL marketplace sellers are subject to the return policy of the authorized marketplace seller, so please contact the seller if you wish to return an item.
Product warranty
BiTECOOL provides consultation and after-sales service via email ( service@bitecool.com ) and a two-year product warranty, during which repairs are free of charge. You are responsible for the shipping costs to Hong Kong or Spain, but BiTECOOL will repair the device and return it to you free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, repair costs will be charged to your account.
Remedies
If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by BiTECOOL within the Limited Warranty Period, BiTECOOL will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:
(1) repair the product free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(2) Replace with a new or refurbished product.
In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law. This limited warranty is valid only in jurisdictions where the Marketplace Authorized Distributor sells the product and to the extent permitted by applicable law in such jurisdictions. Any replaced hardware product or part will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that may apply in your jurisdiction.
How to obtain warranty service
Warranty service orders must be requested from BiTECOOL within the Limited Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a warranty service order, contact the BiTECOOL service team at service@bitecool.com. To receive warranty service, you must return the product to the address designated by BiTECOOL in its original packaging or packaging providing an equivalent level of protection. In accordance with applicable law, BiTECOOL may require you to provide proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other material you store or keep on the product. It is possible that such data, software, or other material may be lost or reformatted during servicing, and BiTECOOL will not be liable for any such damage or loss.

This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by BiTECOOL, bearing a BiTECOOL trademark, trade name, or logo, and purchased from an authorized BiTECOOL marketplace seller. This limited warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by natural phenomena (lightning strikes, tornadoes, etc.).

Negligence.

Commercial use.

Modifications to any part of the product.

Damage caused by use with products other than BiTECOOL.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.

Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses specified by BiTECOOL or by using an improper voltage or power source.

Damage caused by services (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than BiTECOOL personnel.
Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this Limited Warranty. No BiTECOOL reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any provision is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired.
Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
